Dwayne is currently the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He is also a member of the board for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director for Pastoral Care for the network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the future generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles online and is a co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Re-invent Your Life With God's Unchangeable Truth. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne has three kids along together with his wife Leslie.
